I haven’t had much formal training in digital painting; my skills have largely developed through self-exploration and by building upon my experience with traditional, paper-based art. During my early years as a student, I saw commercial illustration as a way to earn some extra income, so I actively looked for opportunities in the market. The first set of images below shows a product packaging design I created during my freshman year of undergraduate studies for a fellow student—a Uyghur entrepreneur who was launching a nut-snack business. Ultimately, she decided not to use the design, opting instead for plain white packaging to cut costs. Beyond this, my journey has been one of independent experimentation. I’ve tried to leverage my background in thick-impasto oil painting to develop a distinct digital style. However, in recent years, I’ve spent so much time working on 3D modeling that I’ve had little opportunity to pursue digital painting.

我的数字绘画学习并不是太多，更多的是自己的摸索，还有基于传统纸上绘画的经验延续，但商业插画在学生初期是个可以挣外快的工作，所以我努力的再看市场上有什么我的工作机会，下面的第一组图是我在本科大一的时候为学校一个维吾尔族创业做坚果包的师姐做的产品包装设计，虽然她最后没有采用，她选择了不印刷包装保持白色包装节约成本。除了这个以外基本就是我的自由摸索道路了，我努力在利用自己擅长油画厚涂的优势，发掘我能做出什么样有自己风格的数字绘画，但这些年在做3D模型的时间更多我好像没太多时间尝试画画了。
